Many area hotels and resorts have decided to cash in on the spiritual benefits that Sedona can offer, and have figured out how to advertise these in their spas for corporate profit. While you will be charged a great deal of money for such sessions, most people are unaware that the hotel or spa keeps nearly all of it. The staff who perform these services, whether it is hypnotism, past-life regression, spiritual meditation, or healing, who are often inexperienced, are usually paid insultingly low wages, and generally work under the thumb of managers whose primary goal is maximum profit for the hotel chain and its owners rather than for the spiritual benefit of the client.
We are not in competition with others who do this kind of work, provided they offer a high level of compassionate and experienced regression, and do not inadvertently do damage to their clients. We are unhappy to see the hotel chains cashing in on spirituality, however, and to see most of your money profiting corporate groups–sometimes based in other countries–rather than going to the person doing the actual work.
While this may not be troubling to everyone, we are happy to welcome Sedona visitors who desire the kind of in-depth, personal, connected, and profound past-life experience that one cannot have in a streamlined corporate setting.
